There's a problem writing to alarmID's. I've been checking your write function, and I really can't see what's wrong.

AlarmId lightTriggerOn = Alarm.alarmRepeat(7,55,0, lightLOW);

time_t input = AlarmHMS(19,40,0);

Serial.println(input);

// tried including this
// Alarm.disable(lightTriggerOn);
Alarm.write(lightTriggerOn, input);

Could you look at it?
