Badge should play the Pokemon theme song, like all the time.

I want our badge to be the very best...

Doom Mode uses delays so it does not exit cleanly

Clicking the encoder does not reliably exit to the next mode

Changing LED speeds does not work properly

If you call led_animation(speed) you need to stop the timer then restart it before it will work properly. However when this occurs, the default led Cylon speed gets messed up. I did something wrong, and will investigate it at a later time. For now there is one led speed in use for all modes.

Collapse Sound modes to the key switches and not encoder modes

Lets move hold / fixed / doom mode to key switches and not encoder clicks if possible

buttons need debouncing

when clicking encoder button, modes are sometimes skipped because of there isn't any debouncing. idk how critical it is to fix right now, since with only 2 or 3 modes so it's not that much of a pain. could easily through in delays, but that means delays (might not be that bad).
