Some refactoring to remove addition weight menus and add an accumulator based on a calibration stage.

• Remove dose weight menu
• Add calibration (settings submenu)
• Represent total ground grams in new class

The memory usage is pretty high considering what it does. Reducing this means it can be implemented on a smaller chip.

• PROGMEM specifier should move some string literals into program memory
• Wrap print out using the F() macro
• Replace String with char const* where possible
• Check struct padding
• Refactor menu to avoid storing upper and lower menu item pointers when not needed

The menu refactor actually resulted in more memory usage due to extra virtual functions. The only way to reduce memory further is to use some compile time linkage of the menu items.

In total: program memory went from 9238 bytes to 8180 bytes and the dynamic memory was reduced from 390 to 297 bytes.

Adaptive LCD brightness would be pretty cool and allow for a little energy saving. A photo detector would need to be added alongside the current configuration

Sensing the temperature would be a nice feature for monitoring temperature inside the grinder.
