My command :
python upscale_video.py -i test.mp4 -f ffmpeg
I place test.mp4 into root folder, wondering why file not found

When trying to use -e h264_nvenc there is error in ffmpeg:
[h264_nvenc @ 0x556070ed3b40] 10 bit encode not supported [h264_nvenc @ 0x556070ed3b40] No capable devices found Error initializing output stream 0:0 -- Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
I believe the ffmpeg command should be adjusted to not use 10bit profile in case of h264_nvenc.
The hevc_nvenc works fine, i didn't yet test VP9 on NVIDIA.
