pip install fails

Hey David,

first let me say that you did a very nice job with afpproxy!

Installing with pip fails on 10.8 due to a missing file (README.rst seems to be missing) in the package:

Appropriate for remote office?

So I have a client with two offices, and the need for one file server. Would a server with afpproxy on it at the remote office provide faster response than connecting to the afp server directly?
