Need to fix a false statement on an old slide, but won't compile anymore. I think something needs to be updated on this old repo?

The transfer to davidrosenberg/dsga1003 from domenic/dsga1003 seems to have confused Travis CI. Not sure exactly what to fix here but can diagnose when @davidrosenberg and I have face time.

Currently it's "[email protected]". Don't forget to update both the href and the text.

Totally forgot about this while doing #5.

Part of the original vision was always that the main title of the course would become smaller and stick to the top as you scroll. Would be nice.

The main title has gotten some new content and needs some styling love in return.

• Spacing between main title and "Spring 2015" is off
• "Instructor: David Rosenberg (should this be somewhere near the top?)"
• "NYU Center for Data Science" might need some styling

The process here is a little unclear, but my initial thoughts are:

• Convert spreadsheet to CSV instead of XLSX
• Add a placeholder (using handlebars?) to index.html
• Write a node script to insert the html
• Run it as part of build.sh

In particular, @jandet wanted to add the "module" border around each people

Currently they're all "???". Probably depends on #2 for full completion.

Saves bandwidth

Just found these today https://google.github.io/material-design-icons/ maybe they would be better, haven't looked.

Right now they are twisting like a snake

Note the "reading" in "this week" section opens in place, while the homework opens in a new window. Seems like we should be consistent. I have no preference about the behavior. Is it the difference between a local reference and an http url?

• Also want general office hours, probably in the course info section

Not marking as "Before launch" as this could understandably be done during the first week or so of class, and the content as it is no longer contains e.g. "???"s.

Use case is, I write some notes I want people to read before class. I'm currently putting it into references, but may be better to separate it out since they're specific to the class? What you think?

collapsing is leaving submit/solutions in a weird state

on windows w/ arial everything has a lot of extra line height
