Then remove 'required' attribute from fields: vines, puller, roller.
This means the vine counts can either be saved prior to work commencing if the counts are available, or allow just entering the worker data, then add the vine counts later.
Potentially ensure either of the above conditions is met, i.e. don't allow saving in none of those are entered? Or maybe it's fine.
But date, farm and patch always required, (maybe row too, not much point without unless it enables quicker data entry?)

Ensure displayData() is being called.
options - does onchange work? or just call the display data function from somewhere appropriate
