IndexedDB name and IndexedDB.objectstorename conflict
Hi-I'm immensely thankful for this book, of which I've used version 6 and version 7. I was implementing the cleaner version of IndexedDB that appears in version 7 today, and noticed that in safari, I ran into a Not Found Error: Store Not Found IndexedDB API issue when the db shared the same name as the store that was being created.
I found that making the database name unique (appending "_db") solved the problem.
The "corrected" clock2.js is still wrong
The current clock2.js that seems "to be corrected" still have an issue. The timing is right but calling the next() method sequentially all returns the same value of the count variable due to the closure.
Tested in Chrome browser version 108.0.5359.125
Chapter 12 - filter iterable
Iv'e read through chapter 12 and encountered this line
I wondered why the for(;;) needed, I tried to search around the web but couldn't find reasonable answer.
iterators chapter needs coverage of .return() method
the iterators chapter covers .next() and the generators chapter covers .throw() but I need to at least mention the .return() method of an iterator and the fact that for/of and ... call it
