emailhunter's Introduction

Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm Davide Santangelo

I have a lot of experience in web development. I have the ability to solve many problems and I use different approaches and solutions in my projects. I'm in love with Ruby and Go.

I have a deep understanding of REST API integration and have worked extensively with APIs to create powerful, scalable web applications. I believe that a strong API architecture is essential to the success of any web project, and I am committed to delivering solutions that are both elegant and robust.

I have honed and refined my skills on a daily basis, working in very different environments with many different technologies.

I really enjoy studying search engines and their various implementations.

emailhunter's Issues

Can you specify an offset?

So hunter.io provides more than 10 results, and 10 is the default limit. Can you specify an offset with your gem so that we're able to retrieve the next 10 email addresses?

When starting Rails 6 server receive "already initialized constant API_VERIFY_URL" Warning

When booting a Rails 6 server I'm receiving a warning

/lib/email_hunter/account.rb:4: warning: already initialized constant API_VERIFY_URL
/lib/email_hunter/verify.rb:4: warning: previous definition of API_VERIFY_URL was here

Looking at both files, this constant does seem duplicated but has different values. Should this constant be moved into the class it self?

Offset

I understand there is an API limitation to when the amount of emails is over 100. How can i specify to use offset in the API call? Thanks!
