Refactoring Plans

I'm revisiting this project with the benefit of ~7 years additional experience, and with the goal of integrating it into a yet-to-be-written NES emulator.

There are two big changes I'd like to make:

Put all CPU state in a struct that can be passed around between functions. This is already implemented in #2, but merging it at this point is going to take a bit of legwork.
Get rid of the "memory" array. Bus accesses should all go via a pair of user-provided functions, one for reading a byte from a particular address, and one for writing. These functions will likely also need to provide a userdata pointer, for emulator implementers to make use of as they wish.
