A way to confirm a bet if it's made against another user of Discord.

Will require

• notification to the user that a bet has been made (is the mention good enough)
• some way to confirm the bet is valid (possibly a new command)

Need two documents under a doc/ directory that make up a satisfactory privacy policy and terms of service contract.

Adding a "settle on" date would help to understand where bets are in their lifetime.

Passing that in might be hard.

Add a new command to search/display bets that are now closed.

Add a cloudformation or terraform script to setup a new environment.
