Remove all the redundancy in the naming.

... and the ignored container and all of its downstream dependents will be excluded from the generated list of build targets.

Default mode should be considered PROD and if the absence of env var (e.g., DATTDEBUG) is detected, then .gitmodules should be updated to refer to HTTPS urls for submodules (instead of SSH).

The selection of prefix depends on the name decided on for #2 .

can you add documentation about how to setup / run make.py into the actual make.py source? I might just not know how to run it correctly here.
