The archive index is set and generated each time update_index.sh is run, but that is not yet publicly accessible. That should be fixed soon.

Page text and design released under CC-0 (public domain). All the timezone files are released in the public domain. This should be noted in the footer of each page.

A script should be added that builds all missing zoneinfo tarballs and adds them to the index. This way the dateutil-style zoneinfo tarballs can be directly added without using zoneinfo.
