1/ In the top nav bar, add "Proposer un projet" close to "Rejoindre la communauté", with corresponding space in the main page
2/ Add few lines and a button in the new space with an action: Open a form
3/ Form fields:

• Contact nom
• Contact email
• Organisation
• Titre projet
• Détails projet

And put the loooooong list of project on another page

Maybe just redirect to a Slite page

On https://dataforgood.fr/hippocrate, some principles have details and some have none. However the UI element would lead to think all have some:

Propositions (could be all implemented IMO):

1. Complete all principles to have more details
2. Adapt each principle UI element to better represent whether they have details or not.
3. Reorganize principles by project phase
