Box maker is not creating complete boxes in different sizes. The lines break and do not close the box in. I just made a box and the one of the end pieces is the same as the other and do not match the box.
A user pointed out that the no-lid option only works if you flip one the sides around. With materials that have different treatments on each side this doesn't work.
Pasi suggets:
"""
you ever think of developing that service further could you consider adding option for us CNC router users?
CNC routers have spinning router bit and it can't make hard 90-degree angles like laser cutter can. Instead CNC router leave roundings (with radius matching the router bit used) in inner corners.
I think BoxMaker would work for us CNC users if it would generate following PDF-plans:
Picture shows two ways for doing it. I prefer the B as it makes the joints more cleaner.
That rounding in those inner 90-degree corners would have the radius of the rounding bit so BoxMaker would have to as that from the user.

To correct this one could change width and height properties from px to pt and add a viewBox (case sensitive) property with the same dimensions. This gives the correct measurement in inkscape, i did not test this on illustrator though.
This is the edited svg tag from the svg file I created with box designer
<svg width="1551.7pt" height="1405.4pt" version="1.1"
viewBox="0 0 1551.7 1405.4"
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"
xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"
xml:space="preserve"
xmlns:serif="http://www.serif.com/"
style="fill-rule:evenodd;clip-rule:evenodd;stroke-linecap:round;stroke-linejoin:round;stroke-miterlimit:1.5;">
I wanted you to know the Boxmaker program is still off. The side pieces don't fit the bottom and the top. I tried making a cherry box today and could not get it together.
