Adding more Functions to use by other Developers help them integrate Zeus in there System without any Problemes. So we need more exposed functions for this integration:

1. IsAdmin functions - Checks if the given Player is an Admin (when Dev Mode enabled, all players are Admins)
2. GetStorageType - Returns the current Storage Type of Zeus

Situation
When opening the Zeus Menu the Size of the CEF WebBrowser is incorrect. On Fullscreen the Size of it is too big, on Window Mode it is too small.

Description
Adding some kind of direct naming UI components. Momentan hat man keine Chance außer die UI Components über die Beschreibung zu benennen (Arg1: Test....)

Idea
The idea is that we creating a regex like ui component string. The default setup remains, but adding like brackets for direct nameing:

"P(Target)N(Amount)?"

At current state, Zeus can only store data in a JSON file. With an integration of MySQL Zeus can handle Networks better, like crossplatform networks which want their data synced.
