Remove hardcoded attunements

Instead of hardcoding attunements in the api extensions, extract them from /v2/professions/Elementalist.skills[type=Profession] in the reducer.

[Question] Gear selection not possible

Hey there, is it possible that gear selection isn't implemented?

Rewrite SettingsPanel

Load available professions and races via the API (/v2/professions and /v2/races)
Responsive (maybe just Selects instead of the 3 columns with lists

Replace hardcoded profession check in weapons selector with check for NoWeaponSwap in /v2/professions/:id.flags.
