Currently, when the Rack middleware intercepts the HTTP request, submits a POST to the breezy-pdf-lite endpoint, it completely downloads the response prior to returning a response. This results is a sluggish UX.

Instead, stream or proxy the HTTP request's response to the rack client.

This works fine when the matcher is only /\.pdf/, but if you're matching an exact path, the path is removed resulting in an invalid URL being sent to the next rack middleware.

For now we can just strip /\.pdf/ extensions to maintain backward compatibility. In the future, we may want to add another configuration option for how the path is re-written.
