Check the required fields behind the scene so that if a field is not included by the user, it is assumed to be empty.

The way it is currently set up, the conversion code does not enumerate over the length of the new structure, which seems to be needed for multi phase problems. Check case 3 of JadduShimemura for details.

In the new-input-struct branch, the plots folder is created, but is empty.

Potentially enable the DTQP_setup_initialize to create the field structure for multi phase problems (such as case 3 in JadduShimemura example )

When trying to run Bryson-Ho 156, the program runs, but before it can plot anything, you get an error using BrysonHo156_plot saying there are "too many input arguments". This error occurs when you copy the code from GitHub as well as just opening it up from your computer.
