What are you trying to do?

I working on Elixir SDK documentation (dagger/dagger#5530) and see that it needs to add examples into this repository. So I want to create this issue for tracking the progress.

What is the issue?

The Dagger docs include examples of creating a GraphQL client to work with Dagger in languages that aren't in one of the official SDKs.

It would be nice to have these examples in this Examples repo.
