Calculation on a numeric quiz works great, but the quiz results are not stored properly since the plugin relies on the radio/checkbox "value". This is what is stored with the entry.

Potential solution is to have the values stored like this, with the score in curly braces:

My Checkbox Value{1}

This was on the wordpress forums, but I will add it here too for milestone / tracking sake:

Please provide documentation. A simple step by step into creating your first quiz would be perfect. You could even do screenshots and make it easy on yourself :)

The last commit is over a year old. Is this plugin still being maintained?

This might be an issue my end, but I can't figure out what's causing it, and I can't find anything while searching.

The Shuffle Answers option doesn't seem to do anything at all for me.

Also, a feature request: It'd be nice if there was an easy way to randomize the order of the questions (GF Fields). I found this guide on randomizing gravity forms fields, and I believe I can make this work to suit my needs, the code is a old and seems to throw some warnings, but I'm pretty sure I can make it work. Regardless, just something to consider.

Would it be possible to have a percentage for multiple-choice-based quizes? Maybe it could be the percent of questions that matched move frequent answer?
