Create a video player that detects the internet speed and chooses the matching video.

A campaign needs to be edited multilingual.
There can be many questions in different languages be created. Also plan for some target communities (based on e.g. gender, age, etc).
There also needs to be an option to upload many videos (e.g. english and german) and also play those (disable autoplay).
