I try to use Makefile like task runner.
I used the composer of github action, so I replaced the macro at ci.yaml.

However, composer command is not found via make.
I can run the composer directly without going through the make command.
Why?

Currently, don't check if {{VERSION}} is included in the format of the version spec.

New feature as connected bool flag following below.

Currently, bool flags must be split and options defined.
$ php rm.php -r -f /path/to/file

After like.
$ php rm.php -rf /path/to/file
