Adding a back to top button and hover state to buttons.
I would like to add a back to top button to the website which enhances the user experience and I also wish to put a hover state to the buttons on the website to make it interactive.
Please assign me this issue under HacktoberFest2023.
Make the "Make a friend" button functionable
The "Make a friend" button is available in the Homes page of the website. Make that button functionable. On clicking the button, a modal should appear, asking the user his/her Name, Phone number and Pet preference which the user can submit using a Submit button.

Fix responsiveness of the website
Make the website responsive for mobile phones. Good UIs are appreciated.
Make the Navbar to Sticky Navbar
Navbar at the top should be fixed when scrolling down and visible at the top of the screen.
Add a Carousel
Put the pet cards (as being shown in the picture below) in a carousel with many other dummy pet cards.
