Currently these libs are pretty heavy to pull in, largely because of the enormous dependency graph. One big offender is cobra/viper, which we should be able to swap out for pflag

Currently servicecontext.Get will panic if the context has not been set yet. Although this worked fine for Cuvva, it's not acceptable for third party use, as it makes clog and crpc unusable when they should be able to work just fine

It forces the use of Cuvva's internal build process. We shouldn't enforce this and should separate this out.

It's also super Cuvva specific :/
