Conflict with Simple Configurable Products Extension? about customgento_configurabletierprices HOT 3 CLOSED

You are absolutely right, the extensions conflict with each other because they both rewrite Mage_Catalog_Model_Product_Type_Configurable_Price. Generally, be careful with the Simple Configurable Products extension - they say it is only compatible with Magento 1.5 or lower (I do not know which Magento version you have).

What the SCP extension does is that it takes the final price from the child product instead of using the price of the configurable product. I do not understand what you want to achieve by using both extensions. Could you explain that in more detail?

I'm using 1.7.0.2. I wish to have child image of the configurable product as well as showing tier prices of the different attribute at product page which SCP can do. eg jar with stainless steel lid @2.90, 6 pcs at 2.50 and colour lid at 3.50, 6 pcs at 3.00 etc. All under one SKU. Anyway, it is kind of mess up other things like shipping rate and it conflicts with Spranks.

Seems to be a very specific request - you maybe want to merge my extension into the SCP extension... Should not be too complicated since my extension is rather small.
