i want to use an div background image in place of i read ur js
and changed tag element with div element and for background-image what i used with tag element
for this

//tag.src = 'images/img' + this.cells[x][y].slot + '.jpg';

//tag.backgroundImage ='images/img' + this.cells[x][y].slot + '.jpg';

I'm just opening this issue because I noticed it's not responsive :) you say it's optimized for mobile but a truly mobile optimized script must be responsive.

I tried to work it out with CSS but it doesn't work, it's very glitchy.

I am a beginner in JS but I can help with CSS.

Unless I have added this:

* {
     -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;
}

Looks like the images might not get cached in a certain server config?
