Things I've tried:
Deleting WTF completely, only loading Fury, no other addons in the folder. (basically fresh game install)
Moving abilities off bar, scanning, moving back on, then scanning again.
Downloading the addon multiple times, clearing WTF folder every time.
Respeccing and scanning in combination with moving abilities.

Update:
Seems to not be working for any friends also, even one that hasn't updated in a while. Doesn't even work on other servers I've tried.
