Add support for drag-and-droppable initial firmware

At the moment initial firmware in .bin format can be uploaded to the MCU using st-link or other software, but not via copying to the ST-Link's mounted volume (DIS_F469NI).
It would be nice to support that as well because then the end user doesn't need any additional software and in case of linux there is no need in setting up udev rules.

Licence clarification

Please clarify the licence of the code included in this repository. It seems to me this is proprietary (no license, only copyright included), but it would be great to mention this in the LICENSE file in the repo.

Write protection of the firmware

I suggest adding an option to the bootloader to enable write protection (RDP level 1) on the first boot.
This could be configured via makefile option i.e. RDP=1 or something like that.
For "production" build of the bootloader we should have this option enabled by default, for debug version it can be disabled.
