We hope ckb-analyzer keeps running when ckb node suspends for a while. For example, ckb is starting but not ready yet, ckb is restarting for upgrading, network traffic jam.

watch metrics from log-file

Ckb configures metrics service as exporter.log_json. So that metrics can be drained into the log-file, and we watch it to forward into InfluxDB.
