first of all - thanks very much for open-sourcing the Crisp DNA! Very cool, very inspiring...

At Socialbakers, we've decided to give a try to the Happiness Index at first. We are pretty much using the default template. I just made a small script in the Google Docs spreadsheet to update the average history by clicking on a button, instead of having to copy & paste it to another sheet manually. It looks like this: http://cl.ly/image/1e0y152E0F06. Really small and stupid thing, but let me know if you would like to try it & may be incorporate to your template.

I think we should have a page describing weaknesses of our model. For example:

• There is no prescribed minimal activity level, so we have freeriders
• There is no consequence of being a freerider, so freeriding is risk-free

I find the commercial model you are working with super interesting. If there was a client who were looking for a number of consultants to work together to help flourish agile ways of working across a large enterprise how do you go about achieving this? or example, client x has just announced a large scale squadification adoptions, or SAFe implementation. It's likely that individual consultants in teams would not be joined up and supporting a coordinated approach. Do you ever get this and how do you coordinate?

my name is Harald Hentschke, I'm part of a loosely organized group of freelancing Data Scientists who are disillusioned with recruiting in its present-day form and who dream of a better way of matching individuals/teams with jobs. We are currently discussing the DNA of a future service/platform for us that would enable us to acquire contracts and work in teams, among other things, and in the process of doing some research found crisp.
Would anyone of you be willing to join us one of these days in a friendly remote session and give us some first-hand experience of crisp? Yes, we will do our homework and read all about crips so we can ask specific questions and won't steal too much of your time. Any other form of insight would of course also be very much appreciated.

Jag tycker inte det framgår att vi (i alla fall förr) haft en praxis vad gäller bullar för uppdrag (kurs, föredrag, konsultuppdrag) som går ut på att den som tagit bullen inte automatiskt får uppdrage om det blir något.

Istället agerar bullägaren kontaktyta mot kunden och alla som är intresserade hör av sig till bullägaren som tillsammans med kunden (eller låter kunden göra det själv) kommer fram till vem som är lämpligast för kunden.

Det kanske inte funkar så längre?

Jag tyckte i alla fall att det var en bra praxis eftersom man då undviker huggsexa och att kundens behov inte kommer i andra hand.
