This slack bot helps me daily with my workout:

• Morning, Evening workout slack message(s) with exercise list using GitHub workflows.
• SlackBot always sends the exercise name + image(hyperlink) i.e Dumbbell Biceps curl
• Always shares the previos workout day details too.
  i.e if Today is Biceps day, it share the link for previous Biceps day workout details!
• Randomly sends a message to take a break with 50% chance. See attached screenshot below

• Morning workout Chest exercises
• Evening workout Triceps exercises

• Morning workout Back exercises
• Evening workout Biceps exercises

• Morning workout Abs exercises
• Evening workout Shoulders exercises

It is completely random with 50% chance! Enjoy your break!
