I have reused code from this repo related to background tasks and seems that background fetch and background tasks are not working.
Does it really work? If yes, then how often the system calls the background fetch/tasks really?

isCurrentUserSick is never set to true. Hence, even if user will be sick he will receive notifications if someone sick will appear around.

Probably need to isCurrentUserSick:=true when user self reports.
