Second version of LocalAdmin, tool for hosting dedicated servers for SCP: Secret Laboratory. But for ARM.

To launch SCP:SL server binary it requires box64 by ptitSeb to be installed.
This version is compatible with game version 9.0.0 and newer. Compatible with Linux, didn't try it (or make it) to work on Windows and probably never will.
