Advanced filter on product catalog page sometimes do not bind the field value to URL

In line with the decentralizaiton of Numerai, direct payment from MetaMask wallet should be supported. Multi-chain support is also good to have to reduce gas.

Add features specific to the Signals data catagory to make trading of Signals data easier.
Advanced features such as feature columns slicing and remote merging will be omitted for now to keep things simple.

The code lines used in the predict.py file are exactly the ones from the numerbay tutorial.

The current design for account pages (Numerai API settings, purchase, sales, etc.) is based on previous design and UI framework. Some pages need to be redesigned to match the new theme and for improved user experience.

Allow unauthenticated users to view price options

NumerBlox integration has been added in crowdcent/numerblox#59 : NumerBayCSVs for Numerai Classic (Signals disabled temporarily), NumerBaySubmitter for both tournaments. Need to create docs for these.

Currently hard deletion for product is not allowed. At minimum this should be added for newly created products without any sale history.

There is likely a logical bug for the "submit" button in unencrypted artifacts that causes a submission to be stuck at "queued" even if a file becomes available

Feature request by greyone: diversification benefits through portfolio allocation across multiple products.

This can be possible by implementing a portfolio optimizer that runs in user's browsers. Users can download the performance for numerbay products and import their own portfolio to perform optimization. The optimizer should output the weights of products that will maximize some diversification objective.
