The initial implementation of the repository was included in a blog post. Update the README to separate the instructions for the blog post and from future implementations.

The Consumer currently supports a name being passed in from the args, however only one hardcoded name is passed in at the moment.

Update to use an array of names so it is easier to differentiate the consumers in the logs.
