Filler text is currently generated using the lipsum package, which is problematic:

• The package will almost never be useful for actual grantwriting.
• The filler text is not generated in the Word document.

Other filler text should be used.

Tables and figures are essential to most grant proposals. Often they are text-width or else aligned with one side of the text window with text wrapped around them. Both versions should be illustrated in the template!

The title page is not included as an attachment in NIH submissions, so an option should exist to leave it out. I'm not sure how to do this, but here is a point of reference.
