User interrupt error or idle pod error
問題描述: 使用者如果在訓練途中中斷程式時，k8s會產生一個slave-pod，並且不會被刪除一直佔著GPU，導致另一位用戶無法進入訓練。該問題主要出現在pod開啟過久或閒置過久時才會有
已確認過的問題:
1. nvidia插件問題: 有到pod裡下過nvidia-smi，有正常出現
2. GPUMounter問題: 過往有發生slave-pod無法刪除問題，但那是因為owner pod與slave pod不在相同namespace，導致k8s無法正常開啟slave-pod，進而在刪除時找不到slave-pod可以刪除，最後無法卸載GPU。但該次問題與這問題不大像，所以不會是這點才對
