Is there a wiki describing how I can make use of this?

I was looking to build something similar, but would like to reuse this.

Currently you have to manually clear a message received from a device placed in a taxi vehicle, resulting in lots of taxis running around coloured blue when the operator forgets to click 'clear'. Proposal is that incoming messages will automatically be cleared when the operator replies to the driver.

Monthly email alert – sent to CITOM/admins email accounts – of devices they need to chase up and check

Create CITOM + MICS view that documents no. of devices registered to each operator, and the number of devices currently online from each operator.

Prevent message view window from refreshing in Taxi Dispatch view. Currently when the page refreshes, the message window does too - clearing the message you are writing.

Update dispatch messaging so that messages between drivers and taxi operators display as a conversation thread.

I'm working on a project like this, I have the traffic data and I have to visualize the color-coded traffic layer into the map.
I've seen the presentation on youtube but the repo and readme aren't that helpful.
How can I make this repo work?
Can anyone help me with that?

Add despatch view for each operator for true Admins (i.e. Conveyal, ITP, World Bank) so we can look at all taxis, and just those for each operator.

Add a list of devices/taxi body no’s that have not appeared on the network for the last week (to appear in each operator’s view and also the CITOM/admin views)
