Facade was calling ServerPoller.initializeTimer() at the beginning of Facade.initializeModel() if Facade.poller was null. This made the ServerPollerTest break because it uses a ServerMock5 instead of the actual ServerProxy. I commented out the first few lines of Facade.initializeModel() where ServerPoller.initializeTimer() was being called, and now the tests work. But without those lines of code, Facade.poller is never used. Was there a reason we added a ServerPoller member variable to the Facade? Kyle, I assigned this to you because I think you put those lines in there and to make sure you saw it. It doesn't mean you have to be the one that fixes it.

There is currently no logic in Broker.processInvoice() to handle transactions with the Bank. We either need to add special logic for transactions including the Bank or we need to treat the Bank as just another Player in the Broker's Map of Player Numbers to Player Holdings. You may have already thought of this but I wanted to make sure it was recorded somewhere. We could make Bank extend PlayerHoldings so it could be held in the Broker's Map and still have it's special stuff.

The Board doesn't have any logic for returning a Settlement to a Player when it is upgraded to a city.
