Directory Distribution over LAN

Distribute and collect complete folders recursive to/from multiple clients in LAN.

For use in a school network environment.

Currently in proof-of-concept status.

Synchronisation only works when the clients are logged in

If the clients are online but the user is not logged in the syncing does not work.
Instead scp asks for a password if started on the command line, the python client shuts down gracefully with an error message.
Giving the password via command line (sshpass) is currently not possible because sshpass is not installed and so far there is no possibility to fix that.

Build test fails because of unsufficent test files

After changing the function signature of transfer.batch and adding an extra config option for the remote ssh port remote_port the build tests are failing.
Unfortunately I do not have any clue how these tests are really working and what has to be done that the code passes the build check.

Discuss if common share directory should be cleared or not

Should the common share directory [Default: ~/Schreibtisch/Austausch/Alle] be cleared after sharing or not?
The current implementation does clear the directory (since 044ffa2), but USAGE.md says, it doesn't.

Should we revert the beforehand behaviour or change USAGE.md accordingly?
