Support hotplug on interface
If server has been started when interface is down (e.g. due to cable unplug) no IP address set on it. So far server_id can't be read. But as soon as cable plugs in NetworkManager sets IP address.
Library have to detect this situation and read IP address.
Potential workaround:
Upon any packet check server_id, if it zero = re-fetch server_id
C interface for library
For now library based on C++
Need to implement C interface too.
