Add a contact link, along with social icons from Simple Icons for the following networks:

• Twitter

Adding Open Graph tags will allow us to display rich metadata on both Twitter and Facebook when our URLs are shared.

As a starting point, I propose using the og:image meta tag along with <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary"> (as described in the link above) to create a social sharing image with Cowpoke Ferris and the conference dates. Hopefully, this will make the link more enticing when being shared on social platforms.

Several committee members provided us with URLs for their profile, but those links haven't been added to the site.
