Console Output should be scrollable on platforms w/o scroll wheel

Console should autocomplete cvars case-insensitively, e.g.,
get client TAB should autocomplete to get Client.

The console should be able to handle suggestions for things as complex as file paths, e.g.,
set Client.Console.Font + TAB should display the files available:
folder1/ folder2/ file1.txt file2.png

set Client.Console.Font fo + TAB should result in:
buffer changed to set Client.Console.Font folder

set Client.Console.Font folder + TAB should result in:
folder1/ folder2/

set Client.Console.Font folder1 + TAB should result in:
buffer changed to set Client.Console.Font folder1/

set Client.Console.Font folder1/ + TAB should result in:
folder3/ folder4/ file3.txt file4.png

And so, recursively. Spaces should not be appended to buffer if only a folder is auto-completed (unless a folder is expected as argument, in which case, the argument is complete).

Console Output should support wrapping without resorting to multiple printlns per line
