Make the "insta-migrate" button automatically reopen the post if necessary

Filter the flag decline options based on the type of flag

This should reduce visual overload.

Make this script work on the flag dashboard page so that the custom decline options can be used there, too

Allow orange "active post flags" banner to be collapsed

(Perhaps this should only be an option when "sticky" mode is enabled.)

Change the flag decline options to radio/option buttons, like the normal flag decline UI

Only suggest migration for flags on questions

The migration crystal ball should only be enabled for flags on questions. It should ignore flags on answers.

Check caching behavior of migration destinations

This script seems to quickly use up my quota when running, which it shouldn't. I believe there is some bug in how the migration target sites are retrieved and cached in local storage. I'm suspecting that the caching is not working properly, so they're getting fetched again each time.

I don't have enough subject-matter expertise to fix this myself.
