Improve Codius Wiki & Codius.org

  • Mirror Codius Wiki in the Codius Docs section of codius.org
  • Publish to codius-wiki; codius & codiusd wikis point to codius-wiki's wiki
  • Also publish updated docs to codius.org
  • Add NPM Badges to Codius.org with links to moneyd, codius, and codiusd
  • Add Links to the RPMs and their versions to codius.org
  • Reach out to n3tc4t to upgrade moneyd and coidusd in his install script

Example in the FAQ implies that manifest name is not strict, however manifests seem to need to be called codius.json according to this error:

$ codius upload manifest.json

I suggest changing the last line from:

codius upload /tmp/example-manifest.json --host https://host1.codius.live --duration 200

to:

codius upload /tmp/example/codius.json --host https://host1.codius.live --duration 200
