when calling API there the following error appears

Fetch API cannot load http://localhost:8000/api/home?limit=1. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:8080' is therefore not allowed access. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

Solution IS to add

header('Access-Control-Allow-Methods', 'GET, POST, OPTIONS, PUT, PATCH, DELETE');
header('Access-Control-Allow-Headers', 'X-Requested-With,content-type');
header('Access-Control-Allow-Credentials', true);

to the begining of index.php

the API needs to return as previous API success/error and a section data inside it another section article with the article data

we need an API for the home page of the website showing if the API call did succeed or not, if not API need to have error section in it,

if success the API need to have section data that will contain a section articles containing an array of articles depending on the page that I send with the API call. and with a previous and next section, each is array containing a maximum of 2 page number previous and forward

I will need an API that I send you an article ID and I receive 1 previous article with all his data and 1 next article with all the data of that article
