SynchronizedAnimState is supposed to play all of its actions at the same time, no matter when each individual action was started. This does not seem to be working, even though the AnimComposer says the times are the same.

I have a two AnimKeys for stabbing (with a sword) on two layers (body and legs). The AnimKey on the body layer has much higher priority than its legs peer. When the body AnimKey is playing without the legs AnimKey, it works fine, but if they are playing at the same time, then the body action starts playing from the middle and the legs action plays twice.

Unfortunately, this case happened on a different project. I'll try to create a test case in this project.

I'm not sure if this has to do with the model I'm testing with, but I've checked and it doesn't seem likely.
