Include the medication and the broad category of what it is for (anxiety, depression, etc.).

Categories will be solidified in later meetings with Don.

For now, just show all the client data in rows and columns where rows represent a client and columns represent features of that client.

Make the log-in screen UI.

Do not allow duplicate clients to be entered

Include and edit button when viewing a specific client page.

ID's should be able to be clicked on throughout the project and redirect to a page where all that client's info can be viewed.

Show all model fields, enable filtering and sorting functionality, etc.

Make the therapy intake form webpage/UI.

Present data in visually appealing graphs and implement selector functions that filter information (client gender, types of abuse , etc.)

Model for clients should include the fields included in the intake form from Don.

Note from Alex: For now, doing parts 1,2 and 3 of the tutorial should be fine.

Users should be able to have access to the rest of the site after logging in.

Options should include which table to view (all, one, a couple, etc).

Currently redirects to another partial form. Could add "success!" banner, and redirect back to form.

Lists which users submitted which instances. Include the time which each instance was submitted. Possibly grouped by a particular user in chronologic order starting with most recent.

Create app using python manage.py startapp mainapp

This app will handle all the routes for the project. If needed, it can be separated into smaller apps later.

That is, some sort of visualization which lets you pick the date off a calendar.

For example, if client isn't on medication.

Model should include the fields specified at the "Details of Abuse" section of the Therapy Intake Form

Fix/Decide on model field types. Currently lots of fields are purely numeric when they should be something else (e.g., datetime, text, boolean, pre-set options).
