Merge all backend crates into egui_backend with feature gates.

the current method of having separate crates for all the backends is leading to high friction when we are working.

making examples requires us to add ALL backends to the dev-dependencies and makes ALL crates compile.
by feature gating them in the egui_backend crate itself, we keep all the implementations in the same place.
also, publishing is easier

wgpu emscripten support is broken

tracked on gfx-rs/wgpu#3245

create an example for android and winit

It is easy enough to do, but having a dedicated template might be good like eframe template repo.

Deal with dpi issues across different platforms and crates

We exposed a lot of functions without thinking through.

For example, we have window position and window size. But the units used for these functions are ambiguous.

Because the units used by the platform could be virtual (in glfw terms) or physical. And we need to document the differences and quirks of the units: virtual (screen coordinates), logical points and physical pixels.

Fixing this now requires us to remove functions from a trait, which is a breaking change. So, plan this for 0.5.
